By completing your purchase at Trash Panda Toys, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
ALL limited edition releases are 1 per order, no exceptions.
Any orders found to have been purchased with a "BOT" or any tool to give the user advantage, will be cancelled automatically and reported for fraud.
Orders may not be re-sold via online marketplaces, such as eBay, Mercari, or they will be cancelled.
A restocking fee of up to 25% will be charged on all refused merchandise.
Shipping charges are non refundable.
It is the responsibility of the buyer to ensure the entered shipping address is correct and accurate. Any shipments that are returned due to an invalid shipping address will not be reshipped until payment is collected for the re-shipment. No refunds will be given.
ALL SALES ARE FINAL. There are absolutely no cancellations or returns. If an item is received damaged, Trash Panda must be notified within 24 hours of receiving the damaged item to be eligible for replacement.
